Para empezar, Autobild ha publicado su prueba anual de 52 neumáticos, donde prueban el frenado en seco y mojado de prácticamente todos los neumáticos que pueden conseguir para determinar los 20 mejores para llevar a la prueba de neumáticos completa, este año en el deportivo tamaño 225/40 R18.

En seco no hay grandes sorpresas: el Bridgestone Potenza Sport es el mejor, seguido de cerca por el Falken ZE320 y el Michelin Pilot Sport 5.
En mojado es un poco más interesante, con tres neumáticos empatados en la distancia de frenado más corta. El nuevo Hankook Ventus Evo es uno de los mejores, algo impresionante por parte del nuevo producto, y el Kumho Ecsta PS71 también lo hace bien, pero el tercer neumático fue el Linglong Sport Master, por delante de Bridgestone, Michelin, Continental y Goodyear. Esto es muy impresionante por parte del fabricante chino, que tradicionalmente es económico, por lo que será interesante ver cómo se comporta en la prueba completa, que incluirá el desgaste.
